OUR PROCESS
Know what happens next.
A website project is easier to navigate when the expectations are clear. Here’s how we move from the first conversation to the agreed handoff.
- 01
Understand your business
We discuss your services, customers, existing website, and what visitors need to know before they get in touch.
- 02
Agree on scope and direction
We define pages, content, functionality, responsibilities, and a visual direction. A design concept can help make that conversation concrete.
- 03
Build and review
We turn the agreed direction into working pages. You review the wording, imagery, navigation, and important customer pathways.
- 04
Test and prepare launch
We check screen sizes, keyboard access, links, content, and contact paths. Domain changes and any migrations are planned before approval.
- 05
Complete the agreed handoff
We confirm the agreed access, project files, and handoff details. Any ongoing arrangements are discussed separately.
A concept starts
a conversation.
A design concept can help explore how your website might look and work. It gives us something specific to discuss: structure, tone, services, and the next step for your visitors.
A concept is not a completed client engagement. The scope of any design exploration and build is agreed individually.
